Jerry M. Fuchs, Senior Vice President



Jerry M. Fuchs joined Padoma Wind Power, LLC. on November 1, 2002 as Senior Vice President - Project Development. Mr. Fuchs is a partner and holds an equity position in the Company.

Mr. Fuchs brings 24 years of hand on experience in the wind industry to Padoma and is responsible for the development, design, engineering, construction, commissioning and testing of wind power projects. He will participate in structuring and negotiating contracts with power purchasers, project owners, wind turbine manufacturers, joint venture partners and contractors.

Mr. Fuchs has been actively working in the wind energy industry since July 1981. His first position was as an Energy Specialist for the Minnesota Department of Energy, where he participated in state funded research and development activities. Over the following 20 years, Mr. Fuchs held various positions for several companies in the wind energy industry, including: General Manager for Fayette Energy Corporation, Director - Project Planning for the New World Power Corporation and President of York Windpower. During this period of time, Mr. Fuchs managed and/or participated in all facets of wind power project planning, development, contract negotiations, construction and operation. Prior to joining Padoma, Mr. Fuchs worked as the Senior Vice President of Project Management for SeaWest WindPower, Inc., where he coordinated the development, engineering, construction and acceptance testing of wind power projects.

Mr. Fuchs received an Associates Degree in Wind Energy Technology from the Red Wing Energy Education Center in Red Wing, Minnesota in 1982. Further, Mr. Fuchs studied Business and Economics at Las Positas College, Livermore, California (Academic Honors status) and Industrial Technology at the University of Wisconsin.
