On Aug. 13, 2001, Padoma and Cielo entered into an Equity Placement Agreement that commissioned Padoma to procure equity for the Project. After addressing and resolving significant issues pertaining to the construction financing, equity structure and technical integration deficiencies, the project achieved commercial operation on Dec. 27, 2001, and ownership was transferred to Shell Wind Energy, Inc. on Dec. 31, 2001.
