122 MW Project Owner Padoma Wind Power Turbines Vestas Padoma began construction of its 122 MW Elbow Creek Wind Project in Howard County, Texas in March 2008 and achieved commercial operations in December 2008. The 122 MW project uses 53 Siemens 2.3 MW wind turbine generators. Padoma is responsible for project administration, operations and maintenance of the farm which can power almost 100,000 homes when at full capacity. |
