- Under the terms of a 12 year joint venture with US Wind Force, LLC, Wexford, PA. Padoma has undertaken a joint development effort of more than 1200 MW of identified projects which will be delivering power to PJM from controlled sites located in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia. This joint venture began in August of2002. In 2004 the principals of US Wind Force sold a part of its equity to AES.
- Under the terms of its 7 year joint venture with TradeWind Energy, LLC, Kansas City, KS. Padoma has undertaken a joint development effort in Kansas and surrounding states contemplated to exceed 1,000 MW over the duration of the joint venture. This joint venture began in November of 2002.
- In July 2003, a special purpose subsidiary of Padoma, Padoma Resources I, Inc., acquired 50% of the development rights to the 160 MW Brazos Wind Ranch located in Texas from Cielo Wind Power, LLC in a development joint venture with Shell Wind Energy, Inc. The project was constructed by Cielo and Mitsubishi under an EPC contract overseen and managed by Padoma. The project achieved Commercial Operation in December 2003, and PRI sold its 50% of the completed project to Mitsui (USA) Inc. in July 2004.
- Padoma is assisting Mitsui (USA)
with the management of its ownership interest in the Brazos project and assists Mitsui with its interaction with the operator of the project, Shell Wind Energy, Inc.
