150 MW Project Owner Padoma Wind Power Turbines GE In March 2009, Padoma began construction of the Langford Wind Farm on 35,000 acres in Tom Green, Irion and Schleicher Counties, Texas. The 150 MW project uses 100 GE 1.5 MW wind turbine generators. Langford achieved commercial operations in December 2009 and generates enough electricity to power 120,000 homes when at peak capacity. |
